PROMETHEAN is a symphonic blackened death metal band formed in late 2013 in Paris, France.
Our debut EP "Aloades" was released on February 9th, 2017.
We've had the pleasure to share the stage with bands such as Beyond Creation, Gorod, Hideous Divinity, Virvum, Lutece, Gohrgone, Dagoba etc.
Our music is characterized by an intense and intricate brand of extreme metal, complemented by dramatic symphonic elements, drawing inspiration from various artists in the metal scene (Emperor, Septicflesh, Fleshgod Apocalypse etc.) or orchestral music (Sergei Prokofiev, John Williams, Ryan Amon etc.).
